Arctic Sauna Co. Delivery Policy

Service Area
Arctic Sauna Co. offers delivery services exclusively within a 50-mile radius of Harrisonburg, Virginia.
(Most of Rockingham and Augusta County) Your delivery cost is included in your purchase price.
Deliveries outside this area may be possible and will incur an additional charge.


Delivery Scheduling
Once your order is ready, Arctic Sauna will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries
are typically scheduled during regular business hours, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.


Delivery Method
All products are delivered directly by Arctic Sauna. We will transport your sauna to the designated
and agreed location, so long as the Seller in its discretion, agrees that the location is reasonably
accessible.


Delivery Fees
Delivery within a 50-mile radius is free of charge and included in your purchase price. Deliveries
outside this area may be possible and will incur an additional charge. If delivery outside the 50-mile
zone is available for your purchase, the fee will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. As
noted in the Sales Agreement, risk of damage or loss during the delivery rests on the Buyer.


Customer Responsibilities​

  • Site Preparation: Prepare a site for the sauna. Ensure that the delivery location is accessible and free of obstacles. If there are any access issues (e.g., narrow driveways, steep inclines), please inform us in advance. Your sauna needs to sit on a level, solid surface. At a minimum, we recommend a gravel pad; however, a concrete slab is ideal for long-term stability and optimal drainage. The buyer is responsible for preparing the necessary electrical or other hook-ups and connecting the sauna to electricity or other services.

  • Presence During Delivery: A responsible adult must be present during the delivery to receive and inspect the sauna.

  • Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the sauna for any visible damage. If any issues are found, notify Arctic Sauna immediately.


Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your delivery, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery may be subject to a
rescheduling fee. Note that a cancellation of the delivery does not cancel your purchase obligation,
which is governed by the Arctic Sauna Sales Agreement.
